This Privacy Notice explains how Sterling Hart Solutions LLC, doing business as Hart Payments ("Hart Payments," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects information gathered through hartpayments.com (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.
We collect information you provide directly, such as your full name, business name, business email address, and phone number, when you submit the evaluation request form on the Site. We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as your browser type, device type, and general usage patterns on the Site.
The Site does not process, store, or transmit payment card data. Any card processing setup discussed on a scheduled call happens outside the Site itself.
The Site may use basic cookies or similar technologies to support core functionality and understand general usage patterns. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may limit some Site functionality.
We use the information you submit to respond to your request, schedule and prepare for your free evaluation call, and communicate with you about Hart Payments' services. We do not sell your information.

The Site is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
The Site does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
