The Site provides information about Hart Payments' payment processing evaluation services and allows visitors to request a free pricing and security evaluation. The Site itself does not process card payments or handle payment card data.
The Site is intended for business owners, operators, and authorized representatives evaluating payment processing services on behalf of a business. You must be at least 18 years old to submit a request through the Site.

By submitting the evaluation request form, you consent to be contacted by Hart Payments by phone, email, or text regarding your request. Submitting the form does not create any obligation to purchase or switch services, and any evaluation offered is free with no obligation attached.
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, and design, is the property of Hart Payments or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute Site content without permission.
The Site may reference or link to third-party services (such as scheduling tools). We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party service.
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Hart Payments does not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any evaluation will result in savings for your business.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hart Payments is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
You agree to indemnify and hold Hart Payments harmless from any claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.
We may restrict or terminate access to the Site at any time, for any reason, without notice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
